I liked the sturdiness, and the size was nice not too small, and they were good for the price.and most of all my G-son is now 6 and he loves trains so his toy chest is filled with all of Thomas and Friends as well as tracks, bridges , station houses and more trains, and he gets so excited for each new one he gets. Thatβs my surprise for him, when I go to visit him. ( which is seldom at this time ) but I like sending him gifts from G-ma .

Nothing really like this on the market. So you get it. My sonβs Gordon the Express Engine needs his express cars. But they are so big and so heavy/sturdy that they can fall off the magnets when going up hills, and derail on sharp curves unless moving quite slowly. Itβs a mixed bag, but there just isnβt anything like this out there for a Thomas-obsessed kid.

These are great, my three year old loves trains and especially coaches. This gives him the perfect set of coaches to be pulled around by his multitude of engines. He can create and elaborate train setup but won’t use a toilet yet, go figure.

Been looking for train carriages for a while in the Netherlands, and none to be found. Finally found these on Amazon. Price is great, and got them rather fast. Wheels are a bit ridged though which means that they stick from time to time when my son plays with them, causing the occasional complaint. Took me about 20 minutes to loosen them up with a knife so they roll easier. Other than that, a good buy.

Good price for the set. Ride well with the Thomas engines. One head’s up: they ride a little taller than the standard cars, so my grandson found these were getting stuck under some of the overpasses. We solved it by raising the overpass about one eighth inch with a piece of cardboard.

My son loves these but some of the wheels are on too tight and don’t turn.

For the money, its a decent buy. The problem is that they are heavy and the magnets are kind of weak. In comparison to the Thomas the Tank engine passenger coaches, these have frustrated my two year old son because pulling 3 of these or more at once is heavy and they come apart from the other cars kind of easily.
