This was a birthday gift. The package arrived damaged pretty badly on the opposite side of the box as a picture UPS took of it placed on the doorstep. (to be clear, the picture showed it being delivered in perfect shape, but when picjed up to take inside, the part of the box not showing in picture was damaged, caved in and opened at one end on the bottom.We feared the worst, as this was an electronic toy. Before we opened the box we called Amazon to be sure they would take it back if it didn’t work. They said they would.To our amazement, it worked and we were happy with the purchase. Thank you.

We received all the cars and pieces. Our problem was the app connecting to the portal. My galaxy s8 wouldn’t connect at all, an Amazon HD 10 (with Play store) would only stay connected a few seconds. An old iPad didn’t have a new enough ios. The only phone it worked on was an old Galaxy s5. All the non “ID” hotwheels apps work fine on all our devices.The app part is helping to keep my son interested and engaged with the playing at least on day 1.

My four-year-old loves this track and the app that we do with hot wheels ID. The one problem we have is that he already broke the USB cable and it’s unlike other USB cables which is kind of annoying we’re still looking to find a place to order a new one so that we can count laps of the cars etc. etc. All in all it’s a really awesome track and we have lots of fun with it

It was a great gift, only problem was when we went to play it with the app…the missions have a ramp and the ramp wasnt included and you can not buy it seperate. The kids still like it and even the adults were on the floor playing with it. The disappointment was definitely in the excluded ramp for completing missions.
